Robert J. Smoler is the founder of the Chicago law firm Smoler Law Office, where his concentration is in personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation law and civil litigation.

Mr. Smoler has built a reputation as an aggressive advocate for his clients while battling corporations and the insurance industry to obtain his client's benefits.

He has appeared before the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission as well as the Circuit Courts of Cook County and the surrounding counties. He currently serves as an Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Mr. Smoler received his B.S. (1979) and J.D. (1982) degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and is Phi Beta Kappa, Gamma Chapter of Illinois at the University of Illinois.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Workers' Compensation Lawyers' Association.
