Attorney Emma Smoler is a graduate of the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to joining Smoler Law Office, Emma Smoler interned at the City Of Chicago Department of Law in the Appellate Law Division, and also at the Public Defender’s Office of Cook County, where she honed her skills for becoming a trial attorney.

With a Supreme Court Rule 711 license, Emma participated in every stage of criminal litigation, including jury and bench trials. With this background, Emma Smoler has enthusiastically joined Smoler Law Office to assist in all aspects of litigation.
